  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups fresh blueberries (see notes for frozen)
