3 cups (425 g) fresh chopped strawberries

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

subheading: For The Topping:

1 ½ cups (230 g) fresh chopped strawberries

¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar

2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder

2 tablespoon cold water
