Zesty Lemon Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup gluten-free oats
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • zest + juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • if your protein powder isn’t sweet, add 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup (but mine has stevia so I did not)
