Low Carb Salmon Patties with Creamy Sauce
Crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, this low carb entree is made from canned salmon so you will always have it on hand for an emergency dinner. The sauce is easy and creamy and also low carb.
Ingredients
  • 15 oz can salmon, drained with bones and skin removed and flaked with a fork
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp lemon pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • dash(es) black pepper
  • dash(es) cajun or creole seasoning
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil for frying
  • 4 Tbsp butter for frying
  • ¼ c mayonnaise for sauce
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard for sauce
