I've been experimenting with buckwheat and it might just be my favourite #glutenfree flour to use!! ✌️Anything with pecans can be really expensive, vegan pecan pie is also impossible to find anywhere here which is largely why I cook and bake everything myself.

- 1 cup of buckwheat flour
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- ⅓ cup of melted coconut oil
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of water
- ½ tablespoon of vanilla extract
- teaspoon of sea salt
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup of chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- Handful of raw pecans
- Coarse salt to garnish
