Homemade Keto "Shake 'n Bake"

Ingredients
- 4 c. ground pork rinds
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 T celery salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp minced onion
- 1 pinch dried basil
- 1 pinch dried parsley
- 1 pinch dried oregano
Steps
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Moisten meat of choice with water, 1 egg (beaten), or avocado oil.
- Shake chicken or chops, 1 piece at a time, with coating mix in shaker bag. Discard bag and any remaining coating mix when done.
- Bake on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet OR Air Fryer until done. (see chart below) Do not cover or turn meat while baking in oven.
- Chicken can be served immediately once cooked. Let pork chops stand 3 min before serving.

Notes
- FOR CHICKEN: minimum internal temp of 165°F
- FOR PORK CHOPS: minimum internal temp of 145°F
