Pumpkin curry
Ingredients
  • Pumpkin curry
  •  
  • The photo just the left overs and there no coconut milk added in the pic
  •  
  • ¼ Kent pumpkin
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas
  • 375 ml jar tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 to 6 cardamom pods
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • I onion minced in blender
  • Coconut milk - about  3 tablespoons
  •  
  • Sauté onion till soft
  • Add tomatoes and rest of ingredients except  chickpeas (I added in lady 10 minutes of cooking)
  •  
  • Cook till soft
