beef tenderloin

  1. Get a beef tenderloin. Get it to room temperature. Then put tenderloin in a circle in an iron skillet.  marinate for 15 min in the following sauce
  2. Sauce
  3. 4 to 6 green onions chopped
  4. 1 stick butter
  5. 3 beef bouillon cubes
  6. 2 T red wine
  7. Sauté onions in ¼ stick butter. Melt ¾ butter with bouillon cubes. And wine and combine. preheat oven to 500. Place filet in oven for 10 min with broiler on and door cracked. Then turn oven to 350 degrees. Close door and cook 15 to 20 minutes for medium rare.
  8. Add mushrooms  saluted in butter for last 15 min.
  9. Rest in tin foil for 45 to 60 min.
