White Chocolate Bread Pudding
4 cups heavy cream
1 pd. Pepperidge Farm hot & crusty bread (2 loaves of French bread are in a package)
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 packages of 12 oz white chocolate chips
Pour 3 cups of cream over French bread that has been torn into 1 inch pieces. Soak for 25-30 minutes. Stir in eggs, sugar, vanilla into bread mixture. Stir in 1 package of white chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9 x 13 glass pan and Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min - 1 hour. Will still be gooey:)
In a separate bowl, melt the other package of white chocolate chips and 1 cup of cream in the microwave or a saucepan:) Stir until smooth and pour over the pudding before serving.

Aunt Sarah's Corn Dip

Ingredients
2 cans white corn, drained
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup salad oil
1 cup green onion, chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
