FRESH HORSERADISH SAUCE

Ingredients
  • 1 Whole Horseradish
  • 1 part Mayo
  • 1 part Sour Cream
  • 1 to 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • S & P to taste
Steps
  1. Peel horseradish and cut into ½ inch cubes
  2. Put cubes into a Cuisinart and puree, adding water as needed
  3. Place puree into a medium size bowl, add mayo, sour cream and mix well
  4. Add 1 to 2 tsp vinegar, to taste and S & P
  5. Mix well, taste, adjust, set aside
