Thanks for sending this Coach Laura! To make this low reactive you can sub sunflower tahini. We've only had about 50 people or so test coconut aminos but so far the data points to it being low reactive, so pls test it and let me know how you do! This recipe calls for liquid smoke which is a carcinogen so it may be best to just actually grill it outside or broil it
