Healthy Broccoli Cheddar Rice
Sautéed broccoli, onion and garlic combine with Cheddar cheese soup, milk and brown rice to make a healthier but still delicious version of the beloved Broccoli Rice Casserole.
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ⅓ cup non fat milk
  • 1 can (10 ½ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 ½ cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
