My seafood udon recipe is a blend of Asian flavors, using kimchi sauce, oyster sauce, Sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. I just love adding spice to a noodle dish using either kimchi or Sriracha sauce. With this seafood udon recipe, you can cook up a quick and delicious meal in minutes.
Ingredients
  • 3 packages fresh udon noodles each package 1 serving each
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp kimchi sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 6 ounces shrimp balls 0.38 lb
  • 4 ounces imitation crab 0.25 lb
  • 1 ounce basil
  • 1 medium carrot sliced
