Ingredients

  • One 1 ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • ¼ cup white miso
  • ¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
