Ingredients

  • This little lady was MADE for Valentine’s day fun. Make it for a loved one or make it for yourself and you will be smitten.
  • Not only does it taste good, it feels good! Did you know chaga mushrooms can help fight off cancer with studies showing it can actually hinder/slow the growth of those cells? Anti-inflammatory, loaded with antioxidants, immune boosting…just to scrape the surface of the beauty this food/recipe can bring to your life. ;)
  • Makes 1 to 2 servings
  • subheading: Ingredients:
  • 1 cup gf old fashioned rolled oats (using @bobsredmill )
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 3 tbsp chaga mushroom powder (I love @vimergy for some high quality ish)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • subheading: Toppings:
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Raspberries
  • Graham cracker of choice (using @simplemills honey cinnamon sweet thins)
  • Strawberry marshmallow fluff toasted (my last post is for marshmallow fluff. Processed down a .7 oz bag of freeze dried strawberries to make a powder. Then you add it in on the end of fluff making process to mix in hehe)
