  • note: umpkin Puree, canned and unsweetened (not pumpkin pie filling) 300 g/10.58 oz
  • Chickpea Flour 200 g/7.05 oz 1 tsp, divided
  • Water 200 g/7.05 oz
  • note: ried Cranberries 100 g/3.52 oz
  • Coconut Sugar 90 g/3.17 oz
  • Pumpkin Spice Mix 3 tsp (use your favorite or see my recipe below)
  • Baking Soda 1.5 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Zest from ½ an Orange
  • Sea Salt ¼ tsp
  • subheading: PUMPKIN PIE SPICE MIX:
  • optional: you can use your favorite or make this one
  • Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp
  • Ginger, ground 2 tsp
  • Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp
  • Cloves, ground ½ tsp
