Great way to cut down on meat costs by changing meat to chicken versus beef while retaining most of the flavor of the original version.
Ingredients
  • 8 oz white mushrooms, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tbsp salt, divided
  • 1 tsp pepper, dividdid
  • 2 tsp garlic powder, dividdid
  • 2 tsp onion powder, dividdid
  • 2 tsp paprika, dividend
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz large egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
