Ingredients
  • subheading: Crust:
  • 1 ¼ c graham cracker crumbs (about 16 crackers)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  •  
  • subheading: Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 32 oz cream cheese (4 pkg), softened
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  •  
  • subheading: Sour Cream Glaze:
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Crust: Stir crust ingredients together thoroughly. Press mixture evenly in bottom of 9” buttered spring form pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Cool.
  3. Filling: Beat cream cheese in large bowl. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy not lumpy. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Pour over crumb mixture and bake 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
  4. Sour Cream Glaze: Gently spread over baked cream cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
