  • ⅓ cup sour cream *see notes
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 Tbsp water *more as needed to thin the dressing.
