Lemon Mousse

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • ⅓ cup powdered sweetener
Steps
  1. Whip the cream to soft peaks.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese and whip using a hand mixer.
  3. Add in the lemon curd and sweetener, then continue mixing.
  4. Mix in the whip cream until well combined.
  5. Chill for about 10 minutes before serving.
