Healthy Shamrock Shake
Enjoy this healthy twist on a spring favorite.

Ingredients
  • 1 large overripe banana, frozen
  • ⅛ to ¼ tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • ⅛ tsp salt, optional
  • subheading: Toppings:
  • Cocoa nibs or chocolate chips, as desired
Steps
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth
  2. Top with cocoa nibs (or chocolate chips)
Notes
  • Be sure to use peppermint extract, no imitation.
