We love adding this spice blend to our acorn squash along with a big dollop of butter. It's also especially delicious in COFFEE with lots of heavy cream and a drop of vanilla.

Adjust it to whatever flavor you especially like. Love cloves? Add more.

  • 4 T cinnamon
  • 3 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • OPT:
  • 1/2 tsp mace
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  1. Mix all the spices
  2. Store in an airtight container
