Chicken Tikka Masala

  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsps grated fresh ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
