MAN CAVE All-Purpose Seasoning Rub

For Beef

¼ C Paprika

¼ C Fine Sea Salt

2 TBS Garlic Powder

2 tsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Mustard Powder

1 TBS Dried Thyme

1 TBS Dried Oregano

Mix all well and apply liberally to all sides of meat.

This may be a bit over-whelming for some if you are smoking meat. Traditionalists prefer a simple, Salt & Pepper rub to allow the true flavor of the smoked meat come through.

If using for grilled meats that are not being smoked, this should work well.
