Ingredients
  • ½ pound angel hair pasta (or your pasta of choice)
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • ½ pound chicken thighs (see note)
  • Garlic bread for serving
Steps
  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. Put olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Chop chicken thighs and saute until done.
  3. Fix Garlic Parmesan Sauce according to directions in that recipe.
  4. While the garlic parm sauce is cooking, make the garlic bread according to direction.
  5. Add pasta to pan with chicken and pour garlic parm sauce and stir until pasta and chicken are fully coated.
  6. Serve immediately with garlic bread!
Notes
  • I get chopped smoked chicken thighs from my local BBQ restaurant and use in this recipe. It adds a great flavor. You can also fix chicken breasts and shred them.
