Easy Low Carb Bagels
Ingredients
  • 1-½ cup grated or shredded, mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg, (plus one egg for egg wash after then are formed into bagel).
  • 1-¼ cup almond flour (the finer the grind, the better the texture)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Misc toppings (salt, everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds etc.).
