From a friend. This is quite light and "fluffy," and mainly for cake, but can be used for cookie decorating. It will not fully harden, but it will get more solid after it sets on the cookie. My daughter who is very picky about frosting loves it.
Ingredients
  • 1 c whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ c sugar
Steps
  1. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Whip in the sugar and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip together the cream cheese and ½ c sugar, and then add to first mixture.
  4. Whip everything together.
