  • You may have noticed, but I’m on a roll with the sweet recipes: baking definitely has my whole heart! So to keep this streak going, I wanted to share these sticky buns aka one of my fave recipes ever! So soft, pillowy & gooey… you just can’t beat them
  • INGREDIENTS
  • (12 buns)
  • Dough
  • 550g bread or all-purpose flour ( more as needed)
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast (8g)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 275ml unsweetened soy milk, warmed
  • 115g salted vegan butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Filling
  • 100g unsalted vegan butter, softened
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Topping
  • 150g unsalted vegan butter
  • 300g brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 60ml vegan heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g pecans, chopped
