  • 1 cup dried red chilies (about 15 chilis - you can remove the seeds to reduce the spice level)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + ¼ cup water
