Servings: 4-6 chaffles
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • ½ cheddar (I added this, you can add another cheese)
  • 2 TBSP Almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 jalepeno diced
  • 2 strips bacon
  •  
  • Toppings (choose one or all)
  • Taco meat
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Olives
  • Salsa
  • Jalapeno slices
  • Onions
Steps
  1. Mixed ingredients, then cook in waffle maker. When cooked tear up or use kitchen scissors to cut up.
  2. Layer pan with chaffles, mozzarella,  cheddar, more jalapenos and taco meat. I added sweet banana peppers also.
  3. Cook in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes or longer if you want a crisper bottom.
