Lemon Brownies

I cook for myself and my boyfriend, and sometimes small family gatherings. I tend to improvise often but am trying to be more controlled and organized to get consistent results with recipes.

3 eggs, with very yellow yolks room temperature

140 g (⅔ cup) sugar

The zest from 2 to 3 lemons

130 g (½ cup+1 tbsp) unsalted butter

60 g (2 oz) white chocolate chopped

130 g (1 cup) all purpose flour

40 ml (2+½ tbsp) fresh lemon juice from about 1+½ lemons

subheading: Lemon Glaze:

125 g (1 cup+2 tbsp) powdered sugar

About 2 to 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
