These came out super hard and were really dry. I would not recommend these but are leaving them on my cookbook so I don't try to make them again.
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups Flour - see post for alternatives
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups Splenda
  • ¾ cups Butter - melted. 1 + ¾ sticks.
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ Milk -divided

  • Tip: After adding the flour, take care to not over mix the batter.
