Moo Daeng (Char siu)
Moo daeng or Charsiu (Chinese roasted barbecue) literally means “fork roasting”.  Traditionally, Charsiu was skewered with a fork and cooked over a fire or oven. Charsiu is a common dish at Chinese restaurants. It is served in buns, noodles, fried rice or eaten with white rice.
