The original recipe from The Oyster Bar restaurant in Bellingham, Washington uses goat cheese, but blue cheese or any cheese of your choice can be used.
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon butter for greasing
  • ½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces finely crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
