BAKED POTATO TORTILLA CHIPS

Super crunchy grain-free, 1-ingredient potato tortilla chips with my creamy, spicy and fresh guacamole.
FREE FROM: gluten, grains, legumes, nuts, oil, soy + PLANT-BASED + *MM-FRIENDLY (the tortillas are *radical fats-free)
Who doesn't like tortillas and guacamole? These are staples, right? And they should be, even if you need to stay away from corn or grains, or just avoid fried food for any reason ... because let's be honest, life is better with tortillas!
I am so happy I thought about this recipe and it actually worked fantastic the first time I tried it. It's so simple and basic, you'll love it for sure.
These amazingly crunchy, moorishly crispy tortillas are made with just 1 basic ingredient: potato flakes, meaning dehydrated potato flakes, the ones you can use to make quick mash.
Ingredients

  • Water 340 g (11.99 oz)

  • Garlic, powder ½ tsp
  • Onion, powder ½ tsp
  • Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  • Avocado, peeled 100 g (3.5 oz)
  • Tomato, thinly diced 50 g (1.76 oz)
  • Medium Red Onion, thinly diced ¼ (20 g/0.7 oz)
  • Cilantro, minced 1 tbsp (5 g/0.17 oz)
  • Juice from ½ a Lime (or ¼ of a lemon)
  • Sea Salt ¼ tsp
  • Cumin, ground ¼ tsp
