Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond pulp (from making almond milk)
  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • ½ cup water
  • ⅓ cup tahini or almond butter*
  • 2 to 3 tsp. honey
  • 1 ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • ¾ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  •  
  • note: You will be able to taste the tahini, so if you aren’t a fan, I would recommend using almond butter.
