I added 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped, and added the cranberries after baking.  I baked at 275 degrees in a convection oven for the recommended time, but removed the baking sheets before they were cool, or it would have burned.  
Ingredients
  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1⁄4 brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1⁄2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1⁄4 cup canola oil
