  • 2 leek stems, cut to ½" pieces
  • 1 cup (30g) dried red chili, ½" pieces
  • 1 tsp whole Szechuan peppercorn
  • 2 tbsp ginger, ½" pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, halved
  • ¼ cup (50g) whole peanuts
