  • 3 large eggs

  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick) melted
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon or whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
