Banana-Walnut Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 2 cups (10 ounces) all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled, quartered lengthwise, and sliced thin
  • ½ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped coarse
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
