Ingredients
  • ½ cup oats: 150 cal 3F 27C 5P
  • ½ cup cottage cheese: 90 cal 2.5F 4C 13P
  • 2 eggs: 140 cal 9F 0C 12P
  • 1 scoop protein powder: 120 cal 1F 4C 24P
  • 1 cup spinach
Steps

  2. Mix oats and spinach in blender until chopped fairly fine.
  3. Add cottage cheese, eggs, and protein powder to blender and blend until it turns into a batter.
Notes
  • The consistency is slightly more dense than normal pancakes but they're the best replacement pancakes I've ever tried.
