  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 green chili minced
  • water (enough to make the dough) about ¾ cup or less - add it slowly - 2 tbsp at a time
  • 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (optional)
  • subheading: Spices:
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder (optional for some heat)
  • small pinch hing
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp mango powder (optional gives it a nice tangy taste)
