  • Salted ‘caramel’ apple nice cream yas lawd .
  • I’m a big fruity gal for breakfast and lunch typically. You can quite literally never go wrong with a nice cream. Packed with nutrients and you’ll have a grand ol time eating it too.
  • Did you know our body and brain literally thrive on natural forms of sugar? If you have intense sweet cravings, try experimenting with more fruit in your life! Get curious on what you notice and you may find yourself surprised by the end of it.
  • Also you can’t tell me I don’t have the cutest cat in the world with the fuzziest toes.
  • Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates (these should be soft, ones that are super old will be more hard so if so may just need to soak in some water before hand)
  • ¼ to ½ tsp sel fin salt (or whatever salt but this one tickles my fancy) Used ½ tsp.
  • ¼ cup plant milk of choice (used homemade cashew milk). Could get away with just water here too.
  • 2 peeled frozen bananas (ideally it will be lightly spotted on skin before freezing)
  • 1 to 2 chopped frozen apple (using a green apple here bc that tartness be bussin). If using a not so tart apple you can add a splash of lemon juice.
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Cinnamon to taste
