McCormick Classic Chili

Ingredients
  • 1 packet (4 Tbsp) chili seasoning
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (14½ oz) can fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, undrained
  •  
  • subheading: Three Bean Vegetarian Chili:
  • Replace the ground beef with 1 can each black, kidney, and pinto beans, drained and rinsed + ⅔ cup of water.
  •  
  • subheading: Assorted Toppings:
  • Shredded cheese
  • Chopped onions
  • Sour cream
Steps
  1. Brown meat in a large Skillet on medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in seasoning mix, tomatoes, and beans. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with additional toppings if desired.
