Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens (I use leaf lettuce, endive and radiccio)
  • 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • 1 ⁄2 cup walnut pieces, toasted or candied
  • Optional grilled chicken
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing or a sweet vinaigrette like lemon or apple
Steps
  1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
