- Flax seed (linseed), ½ cup
- 1 teaspoon Locust bean gum (can skip this)
- or 1 teaspoon psyllium husk fiber (can skip this) (they sell it at Whole Foods)
- 1 small teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of almond flour (don't need this if you don't have it)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of provence spice or other (optional)
- Nuts, chopped, like almonds (optional)
