We all know rice and beans are Dave Ramsey's solution to save money on your grocery bill! This recipe adds some additional protein from the ground beef, and everything is cooked in a deliciously seasoned tomato sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce
  • 1 can of petite diced tomatoes
  • 3 teaspoons Knorr tomato bouillon
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can of drained and rinsed black beans
  • 1 pound ground beef
