Shrimp, tomatoes, olives, feta

Ingredients
  • One of the last Friday's of Lent and a late baseball results in a very quick but healthy meal   Sautéed Shrimp with Diced Tomato, Basil, Kalamata olives, and Feta Cheese   it was so simple and delicious. ...not even a recipe...
  • Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet over medium - high heat. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes or until opaque. Sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt and squeeze a lemon over shrimp.
  • Add 2 seeded and diced tomatoes and ⅓ cup chopped Kalamata olives to skillet.stir to combine
  • Top with Feta cheese and fresh basil
