Pork Tenderloin - IP

Ingredients
  • Tenderloin
  •  
  • subheading: Seasonings:
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  •  
  • subheading: Glaze:
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  •  
  • Corn Starch
Steps
  1. Mix together the seasonings : sage, salt, pepper and garlic, and rub over the tenderloin.
  2. Sear all sides in the IP.
  3. Deglaze the pot, add glaze ingredients and dissolve. Pour over the tenderloin.
  4. Set pot for 1 min with a full NPR
  5. Remove the pork and set aside.
  6. Cook glaze and add cornstarch if necessary to thicken.
  7. Pork came out perfect!!

  9. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze in a small saucepan : brown sugar, cornstarch, balsamic vinegar, water, and soy sauce.
  10. Heat over medium and stir until mixture thickens, about 4 minutes.
