Makes 12 large pancakes ⁣⁣

Ingredients: ⁣⁣

1 cup plant milk (I used unsweetened almond milk @almondbreezesa)⁣⁣

1 cup flour ⁣⁣

1 tablespoon of caster sugar⁣⁣

1 “egg” using an egg replacer @orgransa ⁣⁣

1 tablespoon baking powder ⁣⁣

1 mashed banana⁣⁣

2 teaspoons vanilla essence ⁣⁣

1 tablespoon lemon juice⁣ @lemongold_seedless

subheading: For the lemon curd: ⁣:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk @almondbreezesa ⁣

½ cup lemon juice @lemongold_seedless

1 tsp lemon essence ⁣

1 cup granulated sugar⁣

2 tbsp cornstarch ⁣

3 tbsp vegan butter @florasouthafrica ⁣

Some turmeric for colour ⁣
